Picaluna and I share a vision of rehumanising funerals. We honour the person who has died, and support the people left behind—with transparency, compassion, and flexibility.

Our process includes:

• A collaborative approach: you’re involved as much or as little as you wish

• Real choice and creative expression – location, ritual style, coffin, flowers, music and more

• An open-hearted team: I serve as your anchor, while Picaluna manages the operational and supplier relationships

• Fair, clear pricing – itemised arrangements presenting the wholesale/costs – with Picaluna applying a service fee and donating 5% of its profits to one of its 10 Charity Partners

• Working closely alongside end-of-life consultants, death doulas, and palliative support workers across the Central Coast to provide continuity of care when needed most.
