A space for aged care professionals, nursing and health teams – resources, support & connection.

Welcome → To a new way give care to the dying and their families

There’s a quiet, sacred overlap between the care you health, aged and community nursing care provide and the work I do. We all walk alongside individuals and families during some of life’s most profound moments — the final chapters, where love, loss, and meaning converge.

My work is rooted in creating continuity through those transitions — from aging and illness to death and grief.

Often, there’s a tender space in-between where families feel lost, unsure what’s happening, or what comes next.

That’s where I come in. With simple tools, honest language, and grounded grief-informed support, I help soften that gear shift — so care doesn’t stop when death arrives, but carries through it.

My hope is to partner with teams like yours to create a more compassionate culture around death: one where aged care and death care walk side by side, and no one feels like they’re navigating it alone.

Training→ For Care Teams. In-service, Online and Bespoke

I offer in-person or online training that meets your team where they are — giving them confidence, clarity and language for those sacred final days.

💡 FREE Sessions Include:

  • What the person and families need to guide them through each phase of illness, dying, death and after-death care

  • How can we engage with confidence, offer choices, build capacity and lead with compassion

  • Language for hard conversations

  • Holding space with presence — not pressure

This doesn’t need to be a one-off resource — it’s an invitation to deeper, ongoing support for your team and the families you serve.

🌀 I can also offer:

  • Bespoke end-of-life support planning

  • On-call grief consulting for aged care

  • Ongoing training + reflective sessions + debrief events

  • Community Education & Death Literacy events

  • Funeral planning & holistic services (via Picaluna)

  • Onsite additional Doula support + cooling bed for delayed transfer
